My site is not working

    Hello, today i attempted to update my site and now all of a sudden it says ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in wordpress.’

    Hi there!

    Have you checked the email that was sent to you? I’m afraid that we won’t be able to help because your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
