  When you google homeinternationalnl.ca my site goes to a weird pop up

  I just looked up your site details and noticed that your nameservers are pointing to BlueHost. This means the site you mentioned is not hosted here and is hence isn’t on WordPress.com servers. You may try posting on a different forum specifically for WordPress.org (self-hosted WordPress sites) here:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Alternatively, you can also try reaching out to Bluehost support.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are quite different and may have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names.   Just so you know, the tag we add to sites hosted elsewhere is .org – it’s short and easy to remember :).
