My Site is off and not available

    Hello,

    this domain is not available anymore and I can’t connect to the admin dashboard.

    What happened there? I need help asap

    I’ve checked your site, and it looks like the error is related to your SSL. As you’re using the open-source version of WordPress.org, you’ll need to contact support at your hosting provider 1&1 IONOS for additional help on this.

    thanks for your respond Emili. I have checked with my provider IONOS. They told me i have to set up the private key for the ssl and install it on wordpres, because the nameserver is WordPress. How can i do that? I have never done this before. Can you help me with that?

    Hi Jamal,
    You’ll want to ask your question at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there have more experience with self-hosted WordPress sites, like yours.

    Here, on WordPress.com, things do not work the same way so we’re unable to advise. If your domain was connected to a WordPress.com site, it would be using our SSL certificate automatically, no need to set up anything additionally.
