My site is showing no access

Oh I did something wrong! My site Morethanmudpies.com/wp admin login is saying not found and that I don’t have access to the site anymore. I was working on it, then I logged out to create a new blog under a new name and now it says I can’t get to the dashboard of my main site – please help – I can’t access my dashboard, saying i am not permitted
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is a WordPress.ORG software install that we do not provide support for here at WordPress.COM, and our support docs do not apply to WordPress.ORG software installs.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums.
