My site is still here but I can't recover or write on my site

I went to the admin part of my site only to find out that I couldn’t write on it and none of my information is visible. It even reads error when I go to the account recovery tab. This is the second time this has happened to me since having this blog. How can I take control of my site again?

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/.
If it is not, try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. You can find here more information on how to clear the cache depending on your browser:

2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Let us know how each step goes for you and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
