My site is suddenly displaying that it is Not Secure and that my certificate is Invalid.

ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID is the error name.
This happened all of a sudden and I do not know how to fix it. Google says to buy a certificate but I have zero knowledge about all these, is there someone to do it for me? -

the solution might be in your browser or firewall, or the SSL Cerfificate of webpage. However, if you are using WordPress.com, SSL shall not be a problem. If your webpage is self hosted elsewhere and only uses software of WordPress.org, then my offer to You is: 1) google the possible solutions for solving the problem, there are many simple advices 2) if does not help, then use WordPress.org support forums like this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/site-ca-returns-neterr_cert_common_name_invalid/.
