Hi @mbroderick2015, that site isn’t here on the WordPress.com servers, because you’re running your own copy of WordPress. Have you tried contacting Dreamhost for help, since they are hosting the site?
If they can’t help, you can also try reaching out to the WordPress.org community:
wordpress.org/supportTo clarify, though, these forums are for the sites hosted here. Hopefully that helps get you pointed in the right direction. Cheers!

i was locked out once before and used the wordpress unlock request via wordpress. i did that just a couple of days ago while tightening security and testing. that is what i hoped to do now. i went to the page for unlock and it said that page was taken down.
my hosting won’t help, they don’t support wordpress sites! they only provide hosting and direct you to wikis.
what happened to unlock? -

yes. i can’t go to the admin page at all and my site is down. i get an error: can’t open the page because the server where this page is located isn’t responding. nothing i do gets me to the admin login. i’ve cleared cookies. i’m connected to the internet obviously. the WP unlock request page seems to be down

You have a WordPress.ORG site – try asking over at WordPress.ORG they support the software you are using

Your host may be able to help you with this. Just be sure to get backups first:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_PasswordThere are several options listed there — just choose the one that seems to fit you best. If you need more help, again, your host might be able to help you, or you can find it at wordpress.org/support . Good luck!
