my site isn’t visible online but as far as I can see everything is paid up to date including where I purchased my domain name through go daddy. I need expert help to sort this out and secure my account and settings so this doesn’t happen again in the future. Thank you
The site I need help with is eden inspired homes. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

From what I can see you purchased our WordPress.com Business Plan on 6/30/2020, and connected your domain edeninspiredhomes.com on 7/1/2020. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
However, it seems that you missed the renewal date for your upgrades (6/30/2021) and they have been removed from your account due to the fact that they expired. If you wish to bring your site back online you will need to upgrade again so you can reconnect your domain.
You can purchase the Business plan here: https://wordpress.com/plans/eihomeandgarden.wpcomstaging.com
Once you have upgraded to the Business Plan let us know and we can connect your edeninspiredhomes.com domain again so the site is online.

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that Edenrootsli.com is registered here on WordPress.com but under a different login, and not your @edeninspiredhomes account we are chatting under here.
To cancel/refund your upgrades for Edenrootsli.com you will need to log in under the account that controls those upgrades, and then you can cancel here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
If you do not recall the password for your other account, you can reset it here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
