  Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  Try checking if you have registered your website under this account or you have any other account.

  Go to My Sites>>Switch Site and see the list of websites you have. If you don’t find it, it’s more likely you’re using a different account to access.

  It’s also possible that you’re not the administrator of the website.
