Hello, I’m having such a problem that my page won’t load at all. I needed to switch the divi theme to a wordpress theme to see what is the fault of the pagination plugin and now I can’t do anything with the page and it says this:
“The Divi Responsive Helper plugin only works with Divi Theme, Extra Theme or Divi Builder plugin only. Your current active theme is Twenty Nineteen. The plugin will be deactivated and you may return to your WordPress dashboard.”The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sounds like your original issue was with the pagination plugin. Have you tried to switch back to the divi theme and then deactivate the pagination plugin? Just to check if your site comes back online. Then we can try to resolve the pagination issue.

That’s why i am asking for help. I can’t do anything. I can’t access WordPress dashboard because every time this error occurs. I also tried it through a WordPress application and there’s nothing I can do.

Can you access your site via FTP? navigate to the plugins folder and rename the entire folder to something like plugins_old.
Doing so will completely deactivate all plugins on your site. If your site comes back, it was indeed the fault of one of them.

Hi, I don’t know if I was in the right place, but on my account with my hosting provider I renamed the plugins.php folder. However, nothing has changed on my problem.
