My site isn't working

  My site seems to be locked. i just subscribed to premium but i can not see my site on the web. Nor can anyone else i assume. Please help me resolve this issue.

  i am sorry, but the only way i had an option to add modlook (as you suggested in previous thread) was to create a new thread.
