My site isn't working correctly on mobile device even when all plugins are disabled

  When I look at the preview within the customize window it looks perfect on the mobile version. When I actually go to the site on an iphone, everything is shifted to the right for some reason and is off the page.

  It was working fine before, but now it isn’t. It’s like that no matter which theme is chosen, and if all plugins are disabled. I’m not sure what is going on…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on sites hosted by wordpress.com.
