my site keep freezing when I try to create a new post

    hello, have two working sites, the one called LovesEmergence.wordpress having problems all of a sudden. cannot create new blog entries, site freezes, editing freezes and sign that page is unresponsive must close everytime. This never has happened before, Can you help? LindaWillows

    Hi @lindawillows , Can you tell me if you are trying to create a new post from The Classic WP-Admin dashboard, or the new dashboard on WordPress.com? Or are you using an app?

    Some basic troubleshooting may help.
    1. Log out + back into your WordPress.com account.
    2. Check and see if you are running the most current version of your web browser, and if not, update it. If you are not sure about the version of your current browser, you can check here: http://browsehappy.com/
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies with these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
