My site keeps breaking and giving me a PHP Fatal error

Hi, I am new to WordPress. I had my site almost complete yesterday, then all of a sudden when I previewed my pages, they were all blank! I received the following error in my error log but am not sure how to solve this problem and not have it happen again. I have since uninstalled WP, deleted all files off my FTP and reinstalled it, activated the theme (called “Virtue”), etc. began recreating my site and then it would happen again, and again…and again. I have been at it all day now and am very frustrated. Please help!
To follow is the error I receive. It seems self explanatory but I am a novice and don’t understand how to fix it:
