  Hello there, please is like i registered for free or post paid plan which i believe my payment is due after a year, why are you not allowing my site launch, can someone please give an explanation, am eagerly expecting to read from you in a short while.

  Hi, you should have an option to skip the paid domain to launch a free site, or you’d be welcome to simply set the site to public here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings
