  I am using a http://nexusthemes.com/ WordPress theme for my site and when I did a theme update the site crashed.

  Based on that description you are in the wrong forum, try posting to wordpress.org.

  That site is not hosted here by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
