My site looks too small on an iPhone

My site is running the Suits theme. All looks great until I view it on my iphone where it doesn’t fit the screen. It kind of chops it down, so the header is the right size for the iphone, but there’s white space around it.

It looks like currently you’re using the default WordPress.com mobile theme. However, your theme Suits is actually optimized for viewing on mobile devices. That means the theme will automatically resize to fit the browser. You shouldn’t need the mobile theme. Can you try turning it off here?

Just select “No” for the first option. Then, your site should look like this:

Please note, I uploaded that image to your Media Library so that only you could see it since your site is private. You can delete it after you’ve viewed it if you would like!

It was set to no this morning, I changed it today to see if that fixed it. I’ve put it back, but it’s still wrong. I can basically see the image you added to my library, but with a big white line down the right hand side.

Hi there,
It looks like the issue here is actually the custom font size in the header (Appearance -> Customize -> Fonts -> Header). When you change that font size from 2 back to 0 or lower, the mobile layout looks correct. I’m going to report this to our theme developers for a fix. In the meantime, the best solution would be to make the font a bit smaller. That should temporarily fix the mobile layout!

Awesome! Thank you so much. It turned out that making the site header visible also fixed the issue.
Last question… does the suits theme not support Favicons? I can’t find anywhere to add one. :(

Regarding the favicons, we do support them! They’re referred to as blavatars on WordPress.com. You can read more about them including how to implement them on your site here:
