I am logged into WP and want to change the photo in Settings. When I click ‘Change’ beneath my photo, a new login page with WP above appears. I am unable to login. None of the usernames/email/password combination works. Each username is rejected.
Suggestions? -
Hi there,
I would be happy to offer my assistance. Would you mind taking a screenshot of the login window where you are experiencing the issue?
If you need help with how to take a screenshot and share it in an easy way, you can just use this website: http://www.snipboard.io It’s very simple.
Thank you!

I have screenshots on my mac Desktop.
How do I submit them? They don’t drop into this box. (I couldn’t figure out how to use snipboard.io. It is not simple to me.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

I always log into WordPress.com, and in the past, have updated roberthkruse.com from within WordPress. How is WordPress.org involved?

You’re able to manage your site from your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin. But your site is not hosted on our servers, and Jetpack only gives us access to your site’s content, and the settings that are added by Jetpack. We don’t, for example, have any access to your admin user account on the site that you use to log into WP-Admin directly – the login page you’re seeing is for that admin user account.
WordPress.org is the website where the WordPress community makes the open source WordPress software. That’s the software with which your site is built. Unlike the link that exists between your site and WordPress.com thanks to Jetpack, there’s no intrinsic link between your site and WordPress.org.
You don’t need a WordPress.org account to have a WordPress site, so chances are you don’t have an account there yet. An account on WordPress.org is only necessary to post in their support forums, or to contribute to the software yourself. So before posting in that forum, you’ll need to register an account over there.
But in this case your best option is to contact support at Bluehost.com directly. If you’re on one of their WordPress hosting plans, their support has the ability to reset your admin user password for you, so that’s the quickest route to get you back into your site’s admin dashboard.
