  Change my site name from ‘laurensaigecom’ to ‘Laurensaige’ (the com on the end was a mistake and there seems to be no way to change it.

  You can change the site address using the instructions in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  However, looks like laurensaige.wordpress.com is taken by someone else; which is why WordPress has added com to your site address. You can still rename your site address, but to another available name other than laurensaige.
