    Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

    There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more about the differences between them here.

    However, are you certain that you are logged in your own Facebook account? When you open facebook.com is this your account? If not, please log out and then login with your own account and try again. If that doesn’t help I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forums – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.
