My site no longer exits; please help!

I have (had) a website under the url: mattmullerneworleans.com and a secondary url that redirected traffic to this site, which is matthewmullerneworleans.com
This site was up and running as recently as yesterday, 24 hours ago. However, the site not only does not load when typing in the url or even clicking the link off of a search engine, but when I log into WordPress, the entire site is gone. It’s as if nothing ever existed. I’ve been trying all day to figure out what to do. Can you please help me?WP.com: Unknown

Let’s take a closer look at each site.
mattmullerneworleans.com This one is registered through, and hosted by GoDaddy. There’s no connection to WordPress.com.
matthewmullerneworleans.com This one is also registered through, and hosted by GoDaddy, with no connection to WordPress.com.
Since the sites aren’t using our hosting from WordPress.com I will assume that they are set up on a stand alone WordPress installation, often called WordPress.org. This is a different version of WordPress, and help for that comes through their public forums (or sometimes your hosting provider) via https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
We don’t have any access to the sites to provide further help, as they aren’t on our service. If you’d like to avoid downtime, and needing to fuss with all the back end details of keeping a site online, then we may be a better solution.
