I cant access my site after installing megamenu-pro. Can you please fix my site?. I think if you disable that plugin my site may work again. Also this problem happened because the plugin is out of date? Because the same think happened an hour ago after installing WP Responsive Menu Pro

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
