My site not showing up in ‘My Sites’ and critical error
-
Hi! My wordpress blog states there is an error that prevents me from editing posts and pages. The front end of my blog looks fine with no issues. This is the error I am given.
‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’I have troubleshooted all day by checking plugins and I also wanted to deactivate my jetpack and reactivate it after but I received an error that prevented me from reactivating.
After deactivating my jetpack, my main doman site disappeared from ‘My Sites’. I have two other test blogs showing but I don’t use them at the moment.
How can I get my blog back on ‘My Sites’? It is not ‘hidden’ and I only have one WordPress account. How can I fix the critical error to edit and publish posts when I get access again?
As I mentioned, the frontend of the blog still is available to view but I can’t get in on the back end at all. Help will be much appreciated
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
It appears that there is no Business plan associated with your account, which is the only way to access plugins here at WordPress.com. Since it seems that you are using the WordPress software with a different hosting provider, our ability to assist and provide advice is limited, as we can only support sites hosted on WordPress.com. However, I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
Based on your account, it seems that you might have had anajolene.com connected? If so, in order to view your site within your WordPress.com dashboard, you need to have the Jetpack plugin activated and connected to your WordPress.com account. To resolve this, you would need to reactivate Jetpack from your site’s wp-admin area (anajolene.com/wp-login.php) and follow the provided steps to reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account.
If you continue to encounter errors on your site, I recommend seeking assistance from your hosting provider, Bluehost. Since they host your site’s files, they have the necessary access and expertise to help you identify and resolve the problem.
I hope this information proves helpful!
