My site on WordPress.com is pointing at the wrong IP

    We are using WooCommerce. WooCommerce says to use WordPress.com to sign on to WooCommerce and manage sites. (1) Can we use WordPress.com to manage sites that are not hosted on WordPress.com? (2) Our site that is listed on WordPress.com is pointing to the wrong IP address. The domain is correct, but the IP is wrong. The IP is pointing to our old host. Our current site is hosted on WPEngine. How do I fix this to point to our current host. Or should I just delete my account altogether?

    Yes, by installing the Jetpack plugin and connecting that site to your WordPress.com account.

    (2) Our site that is listed on WordPress.com is pointing to the wrong IP address. The domain is correct, but the IP is wrong.

    I don’t see any sites under the account you’re currently logged into. Can you clarify what site you mean and where you’re seeing this error? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
