    i think the same thing happened a year ago, my site flipped to a free site from a premium site, hense I have limited tools to work with. A year ago, a notification was sent to my web developer, who failed to pass the notification on to me. This year, I don’t see any notification in my email at all. Wondering if you could confirm, check in notifications that I may have missed and probably tell me to buy the premium package?

    Your WordPress.com Business plan on this account has expired (in September) which is why you are seeing the loss of tools.

    That said, the domain praxissolutionsnp.com is registered through GoDaddy and being mapped through a different WordPress.com account. This is a different account than the one you’ve contacted us from here. The domain mapping does not expire until 10/28/2017.
