My site running so slow and most of the time it does not appear

  Hi,
  My site address is- kamalbd.wordpress.com
  My site running so slow. Though it is loading in my browser and my computer, but my friends cannot access it, because it does not load. And also when I visit my site from my mobile, most of the time it does not loading or too slow though my internet connection is speedy. Please take a quick step to solve this problem.
