My site says there’s a critical error

My site isn’t working. I contacted my host and they disabled all of my plugins which allowed me to get into the admin but when I try to activate it I’m getting the critical error message

The site rockmusicnmore.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Bluehost Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Bluehost also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
