my site shows as private although i clicked public

  Hi,
  My site can’t be shared on FB with my friends although the setting is on public. Did I miss something?

  Hi,
  I was able to share and people can see the site. However, when I want to publish the url on FB, it still says: Protected blog -> Login
  Any idea?

  I tried sharing your home page link on Facebook and I see what you mean.

  When you share a post on Facebook, it caches some data about your site so it doesn’t have to fetch it each time you post a link. Most likely this happened when you shared a post while your site was still private. Flushing your Facebook cache should resolve this.

  To do that, enter your site’s URL on this page and click the Debug button: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ Then on the next page there will be an option saying Fetch new scrape information, or something like that. Click that as well, and then try to share your link to Facebook again.
