  I don’t see any issues with the Jetpack connection that could cause this. It’s probably best if you reach out directly to Jetpack’s support team at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/.

  You can send them the screenshot of what exactly you see on your end. You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your thread.
