  I need my site personalized! I need a mobile following option, I need pay pal to be transfer to my investment page, and I would like to increase my following.

  You can customize your theme by going to Appearance > Customize in the dashboard. If you’d like to customize it beyond the free customization features, you might be interested in the Custom Design upgrade. That includes custom colors, fonts, and CSS to personalize your theme even more.

  I need a mobile following option

  When a WordPress.com user is logged in to their account on their mobile device, they’ll see a “Follow” button at the top of your site. They can tap that button to follow your site. Unfortunately, your theme does not include other options for adding follow widgets to the mobile site.

  I need pay pal to be transfer to my investment page

  You can add a Paypal button to any page on your site by following this guide: PayPal
