"My Site" tab not working

    Hi,

    When I click the “My Site” tab in the top left hand corner, nothing happens. Occasionally it says that WordPress is having trouble fetching my subscription, though my subscription is not due to expire for several months. Could anyone help? I’m using Google Chrome but have also tried other browsers. I’ve also tried clearing my cache.

    If you can try the same action in some other browser and share the results.

    Thanks. I’ve just requested WordPress’s engineers enable that option and will keep you posted. In fact I was mistaken – I can enter “My Site” on Microsoft Edge (which I never use), just not Chrome (my normal browser).

    The page that @wpexplorerah linked to has nothing to do with your site or your browser – that is a feature specific to Business Plan sites that allow site owners to clear the cache of the site itself on our servers, and wouldn’t make any difference at all to whether or not the dashboard loads correctly for you in your browser.

    Oh, well in that case I already cleared the cache of my browser and it had no effect. Thanks.
