My site title isn't working on mobiles

Hi everyone!
I’m currently helping my mom update her site and I’m running into some issues regarding the resizing of the title when the width gets smaller. The site is: http://www.barnneuropsyk.net so you can see the problem yourself. When the site is used on a phone the main title and the site description does not adapt the way I want it to. The first word of the title is very long and it’s important it does not get “cut” up. I’ve tried several different options of media queries to make the font smaller when the width gets smaller, but that made the site description disappear and the words in the title to get chopped up.
Sorry if my description of the issue is poor, English isn’t my native language and I’m not very good at CSS either. All help is very much appreciated!
