Hey there,
Many thanks for that screenshot!
Ok so it likes like an advanced custom style was added or edited via the site editor here: https://theunaccustomedlibrarian.wordpress.com/wp-admin/site-editor.php?path=%2Fwp_global_styles&canvas=edit
These changes would only be visible on the Premium plan:
Can you remember what you may have changed?
Many thanks and looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey there,
It looks like these can be seen here: https://theunaccustomedlibrarian.wordpress.com/wp-admin/site-editor.php?postId=pub%2Fhey%2F%2Ffront-page&postType=wp_template&canvas=edit in the style revision section.
Do you also remember customising the front page: https://theunaccustomedlibrarian.wordpress.com/wp-admin/site-editor.php?path=%2Fwp_template%2Fall ? If not, this could be reset, which should also remove that banner.
I hope this helps.
