My site was attacked? I can not use admin area, the buttons (dashboard, settings, menus, pages) do not work. I can recover my site?
Tanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What makes you think there was any “attack”?
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Your last resort is the account recovery process http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Complete as much information as you can. If you do not have access to or don’t know the email address linked to the account that owns the blog, please check the box on the recovery form next to “I don’t know my registered email or username.” Then, fill out the rest of the form with the URL of the blog and your contact email address, and submit the form to the Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
-
IMPORTANT NOTE: If any person or any bot is posting anything to your blog or deleting content from it or has deleted the blog, then you have provided them with the ability to do so either deliberately by adding them as official users, or by allowing them access to your login information, or by posting content that makes it easy for them to guess what your log-in information is.
Who, aside from you, has access to your login information?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs
Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-passwordUse a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.
Set up two step authentication http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
Then read and act on this please http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/
P.S. I flagged this for Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. Read also http://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#backups

Hi there,
I looked into your blog’s history and there doesn’t seem to be any mysterious activity on the account. Can you access your Dashboard from this direct link? :
https://lightgleam.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
If not, let me know! Also, just in case, please follow the instructions that @timethief has provided you regarding changing the password.
-
Thank you very much! Link does not work. I get this message:
“Whoops!
There was a small systems error. Please try refreshing the page and if the error is still there drop us a note and let us know.”
WordPress.com 502Error
I changed the password and security mode. -
Several people have seen that warning recently, there must be a bug going around. That’s an authentic WP.com message, so it’s likely the system is having a problem and you haven’t been hacked.
-
Hi there,
Yes, we are working on it, but please note that that error does not affect your security in any way.
Glad it worked!
-
Thank you everyone!
I changed the password and security system, things remain the same.
Dashboard, menu, page, widgets, customize, not working at all, not open. I can only make a new post. Otherwise I can not change anything, I get the same message described above.
I opened another wordpress account with another name. It works normal, so I think lightgleam.wordpress.com is compromised.
I am the only user and do not understand what happened.
Health and happiness to everyone! -
Keep calm about lightgleam.wordpress.com – sometimes things get a bit confused or messed up – I doubt your site was “compromised” – wait for the staff to work with you to restore your access and get you back to normal with your site

Hi there,
I see that you enabled two-step authentication, which may be the issue/confusion. I have responded to you privately. Please check your email and respond from there if you have any questions.

Thanks very much for the prompt and understanding gracejiyoung! I’m happy, now I can enjoy lightglem.wordpress.com. All the best.
