My site was attacked? I can not use admin area, the buttons (dashboard, settings, menus, pages) do not work. I can recover my site?

What makes you think there was any “attack”?
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Your last resort is the account recovery process http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Complete as much information as you can. If you do not have access to or don’t know the email address linked to the account that owns the blog, please check the box on the recovery form next to “I don’t know my registered email or username.” Then, fill out the rest of the form with the URL of the blog and your contact email address, and submit the form to the Account Recovery Staff, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Who, aside from you, has access to your login information?
Go to your email program and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs

Several people have seen that warning recently, there must be a bug going around. That’s an authentic WP.com message, so it’s likely the system is having a problem and you haven’t been hacked.

I changed the password and security system, things remain the same.
Dashboard, menu, page, widgets, customize, not working at all, not open. I can only make a new post. Otherwise I can not change anything, I get the same message described above.
I opened another wordpress account with another name. It works normal, so I think lightgleam.wordpress.com is compromised.
I am the only user and do not understand what happened.

Keep calm about lightgleam.wordpress.com – sometimes things get a bit confused or messed up – I doubt your site was “compromised” – wait for the staff to work with you to restore your access and get you back to normal with your site
