  Hi My site was deleted because the payment didd’t went through, and now I can’t access to the content a the development we did. My question is: if we restore the site and do the upgrade, will everything will be at it was? Thanks

  v2fcoin.wordpress.com before http://www.v2fcoin.com. I had a premium package, and they try to charge the yearly plan, but I change the card, and they change the plan. so now can’t access to the content at the development we did. My question is: if we restore the site and do the upgrade, will everything will be at it was? I mean it does a backup?

  Regardless of anything, you should be able to access your v2fcoin.wordpress.com if that was the site the custom domain was attached to and you are logged in with the correct account.

  yes, I can access the site without problem, but I don’t see anything we’ve created attached in WordPress.com in this site. They thing is that for me is no sense to upgrade if I can’t get back the work done…

  Hello there,

  Happy to help you with this.

  I can’t see the site v2fcoin.wordpress.com connected to this account – do you have access to another account that manages this site? If yes, you should be able to repurchase the plan and then restore the site.

  Once purchased, you would go to Jetpack > Back ups > and restore to a point before the plan expired.
