  I lost my site I must have missed the renewal. Is there any way to recover it?

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see ourtrainingground.com as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@jbpounds300118) to contact us here.

  I can log in but it tells me I don’t have a site. How do I connect ourtrainingground.com back to my account?

  The form tells me to reset my password instead of using it. I did that and still no luck.

  You’ve never lost your domain, so you don’t need to do anything to get it back. The domain was successfully renewed back in August, and was still connected to your site.

  The problem was that your Premium Plan had expired, which means the domain was un-set as the primary domain on the site. In other words, visitors to your site would see ourtrainingground.wordpress.com in their browser, even if they clicked on a link for the ourtrainingground.com itself.

  I see you’ve now bought a new Premium Plan, and the domain is set as primary on the site again.
