My site was deleted due to inactivity but can I get it back?

I think my site was deleted because I didn’t use it for ages but I would like it back, is this possible or do I need to start again? Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To the best of my knowledge, no WordPress.com site is deleted because of inactivity.
WordPress.com websites are yours forever, unless you or another Admin on your site delete it or it is shut down (but not deleted) due to violations of the WPcom Terms of Service.
However, it seems you deleted intrepidvegetarian.wordpress.com yourself, since this is the notice I get when visiting the site
intrepidvegetarian.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.
Once deleted, gone forever. WordPress.com does not recycle deleted URLs. You’ll have to start another site, perhaps with a similar name, or spring for a custom domain

There is no requirement to use or post to a site here to keep it active – many sites 8 years old with no activity are still active – I have helped several people set up memorial sites here for someone and WordPress.COM was chosen because activity was not required to keep a site

My pleasure – I picked WordPress.COM for my cannery hack site of things I did in Alaska for the no activity required so the pictures should stay around for history for a while – the down side is my neglecting to sift through the thousands of pictures I took over 20++ years and scan the negatives and such and then to post them

Thanks all for your help, I hadn’t deleted my site but I think there was a problem with the links which I may now have fixed. Fingers crossed.
