  This is the host WordPress.com. Did you pay to move your site here or did you pay Domain? Perhaps you need to reach out to them?

  From what I can see, the site used to be hosted with Siteground. You may want to reach out to them directly. Hopefully, they still have the backup of your site and you can restore it.

  Here, on WordPress.com, even if your plan expires, the content stays here and just moves to the free address. It is not the case, however, when hosting your WordPress site elsewhere.
