Your site hasn’t been hacked etc etc … and is still registered by wordpress.com – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://predatortool.com

You are simply logged in to the wrong account, that’s all. You created this account elizabethpredatortools3 only 4 weeks ago as your site excists since 2015. An account can necer own a site older than the account itself.

So lopg out from current and log in again to the account owning that site. If you can’t remember your login credentials, you must use the Transaction ID to restore access to your account as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

  • Hi @elizabethpredatortools3,

I’m very sorry to read that you’ve been kicked out of your website. I noticed the email address on your WordPress.com account where the predatortool.com is registered was changed 4 weeks ago. You should’ve received an email for the email address change to your email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) inbox to confirm the same.

We’ve emailed you with the next steps needed to proceed with fixing the issue.

Also, because these are public forums, I’ve flagged staff to remove your private information as per our volunteer guide:

If someone posts sensitive information like passwords, credit card details, phone numbers, and transaction IDs for upgrades. When this happens, also tag it with remove personal info.

@2020testjj I also tagged it to remove personal info, unfortunately nowadays Staff members regularly ignore and remove those tags.
