If this account is user on the same site, you would see this domain in the account. However, it’s been purchased via a different account.

Yes, I have access. But the problem is that I can access and edit this site https://xeremrestaurante.com/ just days ago and suddenly it disappear. I was wondering why it disappear and how i can retrieve the site? I can still see that the site is still active. I just no longer have access to it’s backend which I had just days ago.
