My site was suspended and now I cant export my blog.

    My site was suspended the reason I dont know they never said. a message said that If i wanted to retrieve my writing and pictures that I can export them but when I go to do that it says it cant be done at this time. This is probably the 2nd or 3rd day in a row that it has said this. How do I get back my work. they are holding it hostage it seems.
