My site went down after an Update using Dyad Theme

  As far as I know I just update all my plugins just to realized that I lost access to the website even the admin site. Is there anyway to retrieve it? I am also trying to change my theme and it gives me an error.

  Hi there – looks like your site is back up so hopefully you got this sorted. The last update of Dyad was back in April 22, 2016, and I see that you’re running that version, so the issue was likely not theme-related.

  If your site went down after updating your plugins, the usual troubleshooting steps are to deactivate all plugins via FTP by renaming the folder something like plugins-OLD. That will allow you to access your dashboard again. Then you can deactivate all your plugins, reactivating them one-by-one to find the culprit that caused your site to go down.
