my site will not load from facebook or instagram coming from various mobile phones

  My site seems to work fine on my desktop and iOS products, but on my Samsung and some friends’ phones, it won’t load. From various devices I get a security error. Sometimes a 503 Service error. I’ve checked with Bluehost and they said my ssl cert is fine. I tried facebook debugger it says I’m missing properties. I’ve downloaded Yoast Plugin, Facebook plugin, all the recommended plugins that supposedly help fix mixed-content, but I still can’t figure out what is wrong.

  The site seems to work fine from regular web browser, except for when I’m trying to connect the site through a link.

  Your site gomummybubby.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, not a WordPress.com site. Visit this link to know the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This might be a Theme problem, but for your site, you should seek support at https://wordpress.org/support/

  Sorry I’m so confused… when I try to log in at .org it doesn’t work. My log in goes to gomummybubby.wordpress… I’m a complete newb. When I try to change my settings in gomummybubby dashboard or profile, it directs me back to my WordPress profile settings.

  Hi Mummymanderz,

  I’m sorry you feel confused. The reason you can’t log in at .org is because you have not signed up there. In order to post in the support forums, you need to sign up as a user. You cannot use your WordPress.com username over at WordPress.org.

  Since Bluehost is your web host, you will be better served at WordPress.org support forums.
