  Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’. You are running 7.0.33.

  That is what is says ^^
  and Jetpack said ‘If something is off with your xmlrpc.php file in either of these two checks, please contact your webhost’s support for assistance in getting that file working properly.’
