My Site Won't Display

  Hello support team,

  Whenever I try to pull up my website, I get a message that reads “Safari can’t find the server.” This happens with other web browsers too.

  I can still access my dashboard, write posts, and update posts, but the site won’t display for others.

  Do you know what’s going on? Why this might be happening?

  Hey there, Cristin,

  I visited your site on three browsers: Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, and I was able to view it without any trouble.

  This is what I see of your site on Safari:

  I notice you wrote almost a day ago. Were you able to fix the trouble on your own? If so, great, if not, please let me know.

  It sounds a bit like a connectivity issue, so I’m wondering if you have any trouble at all when you try to access your site on a different wifi.
