  I’m trying to open a new post and my site won’t load. I saw this happened to somebody else previously. Any advice? Thanks

  I was able to view the site at https://ericdorfman.com/ and the new post editor seems to open fine on my end too. Are you still facing the problem? Please try the following steps if you are:

  1. Clear the browser cache. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
  2. Try logging in from a different browser temporarily.
  3. If the issue persists, take a screenshot of what you see and upload it to https://wordpress.com/media and let us know.
