I was confused why my site would not load till I realized the card I am using (One of the cards I use) runs out before the scheduled renewal for 2019.
So I have added a new card, paid, have receipt and it says ‘To be renewed in 2019’

Hi
It looks like your domain is using wordpress.com name servers so I would think that requests for your website are being directed to WodPress.com.
Have you set up the domain in your WordPress account.
You will need a premium account to use your own domain.

No one was ignoring you. A number of your replies to this thread got spammed, as indicated by the fact that they didn’t actually appear when you posted them. When that happens the best thing to do is to stop posting and tag the thread for staff so we can unspam your replies.
The domain, shaunynews.com, is fine, and was renewed three days ago on 5 April. That domain will only expire in May 2019. There is nothing wrong with the domain registration, and everything on our end is working as it should.
However, up until yesterday you had that domain pointed to GoDaddy.com, and the error page you show in your screen shots come from them. This means you have a site on their servers using the open source WordPress.org software, and it’s that site that is offline. For help getting that site back online you need to contact GoDaddy support, as that site has nothing to do with WordPress.com and we have no access to GoDaddy’s systems to help you fix it.
Once you have things fixed on GoDaddy’s end, let me know and I’d be happy to help you point the domain back to them again.

YEARS ago I bought this £15 a year (PENNIES) URL..
Every year at this time, WordPress took £15 from my account.
Problem I seen was my cash-card I use runs out before the next yearly update in 2019… I tried to pay with a Visa…but it wouldn’t go through.
I have NO IDEA..How to even log into Go Daddy..I don’t even have an account. I just went to the hosting place there and I don’t have an account for any email I use.. I have 5 emails only. I am actually a PC Tech in my old life. I went over EVERYTHING….Nothing points me to Go Daddy..
May I ask?…Has my URL always been at Go Daddy? …
I am lost….
BUT, TOTALLY appreciate your help…

If only there were an easier way for simpletons like myself to do this..
For YEARS I paid my URL fee’ to WordPress. I have all the back-receipts..
I would HAPPILY pay the £15 to get rid of the .Wordpress. area of my new URL…But I tried… Go Daddy doesn’t even know me..Totally appreciate the help…but I see no connection.

Your domain has been registered with us since May 2014.
Based on https://securitytrails.com/domain/shaunynews.com/history/ns the domain has also been pointed here, but about a week ago it was pointed at GoDaddy, and then back at us a few days later. The error page you saw was while it was pointed at GoDaddy. If you did not make that change, then I don’t have an explanation to offer as we haven’t made any changes to your domain on our end either.
But everything seems good now – the domain is renewed until May next year, and it’s pointing at your WordPress.com site, so if that’s what you want you don’t need to do anything else.
