My site won't transfer!

  HELP!

  I’m trying to transfer my site from http://www.sooobig.wordpress.com to sooobig.com. I have exported the file from sooobig.wordpress.com, which is an XML doc with 832 KB. When I try to transfer into sooobig.com, I get this message:

  Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 68681728) (tried to allocate 14592 bytes) in /home/crystal/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 254

  I have tried deleting everything out of the new site and trying again. I have also tried exporting again, and trying the import again. No dice. I’ve called my webhost (hostgator), and they don’t know why this is happening.

  Why don’t you register another WP.com blog and try to import it there and see if you get an error. If so, then there’s something wrong with the export file. If not, there’s something wrong on Hostgator’s end.
