My site worked fine for two years, now PDF links stopped working.

  I have two sites. One site is fine and working perfectly. The other site WAS working perfectly two days ago, now most of the PDF links won’t open up, but some will. This is crazy. My work depends on this site. Very frustrating. Where is the WordPress support on this one. I have done the things suggested in the canned responses. No good. How can it work perfectly one day and then fizzle the next? Getting desperate here.
