My siteground account and wordpress website was deleted, but Jetback doesn’t seem to know.

  My siteground account and wordpress website were deleted, but Jetback doesn’t seem to know that so I keep getting emails saying that it has been updated, then it says it cannot update then it recycles between the two. It seems to me that your handshake with siteground is not returning an account closed or website does not exist message. Who can I call ? This is wasting me 1 hour so far.

  Is this the danielh2.sgedu.site site under your account?

  If so, we can remove it from your account to stop those emails.

  Sure, right now I don’t need wordpress classic. later on I will take a course in gutenberg. presently I am taking 7 courses in other areas.
